Job Description

**TIG Welder** **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components. + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols. + Perform high-precision welds on a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and specialty alloys. + Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications. + Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance. + Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control personnel to resolve fabrication issues. + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. + Document work performed and maintain accurate production records. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or welding certification (AWS or equivalent) preferred. + Minimum 2-5 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. + Proficient in welding thin-gauge materials and working in tight tolerances. + Ability to pass weld tests and certifications as required. + Strong understanding of metallurgy, welding techniques, and safety standards. + Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Location: Glendale **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
