💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form, multicam podcast episodes
• Create short-form highlight clips and reels for social media (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts)
• Transform raw content into engaging, on-trend video assets
• Collaborate with the team and follow structured editing workflows
• Suggest improvements while working within proven systems
• Meet deadlines consistently and deliver with attention to detail

💡 Qualifications:

• Experience with long- and short-form video editing (podcast experience is a big plus)
• Deep understanding of social-first video formats, trends, and storytelling
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and high attention to detail
• Comfortable receiving feedback and eager to learn and grow fast
