Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
This is a 100% ONSITE role based in St. Louis, MO. Key Requirements - Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java for functional, regression, and cross-browser testing
- Design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., data-driven, hybrid, BDD) using Java and integrating them with tools like TestNG or JUnit
- Execute automated test cases, analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to development teams and stakeholders
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements, ensure test coverage, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Git)
Basic Qualifications - Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Selenium Automated Testing
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors or Associates degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
