Receptionist/ Admin Assistant International hair salonA high end international hair salon located in the former French Concession is looking for the right candidate to join as Receptionist/ Admin Assistant.The Receptionist greets clients, monitors client flow, answers telephone to company standards, shcedules and confirms client appointments, promote services and products offered at the salon.Administration work includes: prepares documents, creates spreadsheets, outgoing mail, data entry, filing, makes travel arrangements, maintain petty cash balance.
