Job Description

This role is for an Operating Room Nurse responsible for providing skilled nursing care within the operating room environment. The Registered Nurse will perform a variety of duties, including patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the surgical team. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:

- Providing skilled nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Performing patient assessments before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team.
- Maintaining a sterile surgical field.
- Assisting with surgical procedures as needed.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the surgical team.
- Documenting patient care accurately and completely.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
