Job Duties and Responsibilities
? Accurate processing of accounts, incoming and outgoing transactions
? Maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures
? Consistently performing all day-to-day financial transactions, including reliably and
accurately verifying, sorting, calculating, posting and recording the department’s data
? Written and computer skills including those needed to prepare invoices and bank
deposits
? Detail-oriented computation and organization skills to ensure reconciliation of the
ledgers, verifying that all transactions are accounted for accurately and proper
posting
? Ability to process and scrutinize data to verify any discrepancies within the systems
? Problem solving skills to ensure the resolution of any client’s services issues
? Reliably executing the timely sending of payments and contacting clients to facilitate
transactions
? Generating financial data and reports clearly detailing accounts and ledgers status
? Assisting in reconciliation of general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and
balancing information
? Provide financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special
projects
? Secure financial information by completing database backups, keeping information
confidential.
? Ensure proper arrangement, retention, and classification of organization’s records for
financial transactions and activities
? Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with
federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
? Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
professional publications
? Respond to inquiries by management

Job Requirements and Qualifications
? Reliable, solid understanding of basic accounting principles,
? Meticulously accurate abilities to calculate, post, and manage necessary accounting
figures and financial records
? Exceptional data entry skills and aptitude for working with numbers
? Significant, first-hand experience operating spreadsheets and accounting software
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Proficiency in MS Office
? Well versed in customer service and negotiation skills
? Highly detail-oriented thinking and proven accuracy
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
? 1 to 2 years of experience in the above mentioned (we are looking for an entry level
candidate)
