Job Description

Manpower is hiring for a high-volume Invoice Processing Specialist. What's in it for you: + 6-month contract + Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm + Los Angeles, CA + $25/hr. What you will be doing: + Managing the day-to-day operations associated with the electronic invoicing methods - Implementing new vendors, monitoring usage, auditing transactions, and processing electronica invoices + Performing outreach to convert vendors from non-electronic to electronic invoicing - Addressing customer service inquiries for vendors with questions regarding electronic invoicing setup + Applying proper policy, procedures, and coding while processing payments, including requirements for contracts, leases and other specialized payments Qualifications: + High School Diploma is required. + Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field is highly preferred. + 3+ years' experience in accounts payable + Skilled analyzing information, identifying problems, and finding solutions. + Ability to enter data and utilize spreadsheets + Excellent customer service and communication skills.
