Description
We are seeking an HR Assistant/Coordinator for a 2-3-week onsite project in South San Francisco. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00/8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There is potential for the role to be extended beyond the initial project period. Key responsibilities include processing I-9 verifications through HireRight, electronically filing employee documents, assisting new hires with onboarding and ADP registration, entering employee information into the HRIS system, and responding to general HR-related inquiries.
Requirements
+ At least 6 months of HR experience, including I-9 processing
+ Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish strongly preferred
+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
