To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to develop compelling game art is essential, along with at least 5 years of experience in the gaming industry. Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is necessary, and knowledge of 3D software and Spine is a plus.
