Our team of certified Flexologists provides customized, hands-on assisted stretching that transforms livesfrom busy professionals and weekend warriors to active seniors and athletes. Every stretch is an opportunity to educate, connect, and inspire.

What Youll Doand Love

Deliver Life-Changing Stretch Sessions
Use your understanding of anatomy and movement to provide personalized one-on-one stretch sessions that improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance physical performance.

Be a Trusted Movement Specialist
Guide clients through proper posture, recovery strategies, and body awareness. You'll be more than a Flexologistyoull become their go-to wellness ally.

Build Real Relationships
Create motivating, personal experiences that keep clients coming back not just for the stretchbut for the connection, support, and results.

Represent the Studio With Purpose
Work collaboratively with our front desk and sales teams to welcome new members, spread awareness, and create an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Are You a Fit for StretchLab Andalucia?
You bring more than a resumeyou bring presence, empathy, and drive. You're someone who thrives in a high-energy, client-focused environment and genuinely loves helping others move and feel better.

Minimum Requirements (must meet at least one):

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine , or a related field

• Current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT , or NCSF

• Licensed Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor , or Athletic Trainer

• Movement background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre , or Dance with anatomy knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/AED certified or willing to become certified

• 1+ years of experience in fitness, bodywork, or therapeutic environments

• Solid understanding of functional movement, anatomy, and mobility

• Friendly, dependable, and team-focused mindset

• Open to feedback, growth, and collaboration
