Adecco is recruiting for a **File Room Clerk** to join in **Santa Ana, CA.** **Description.** A file room clerk in document custody operations organizes, maintains, and retrieves documents and files. They may also troubleshoot office equipment and answer inquiries about documentation. **The Responsibilities will include** **:** + Sorting loan documents by loan number + Filing back the documents in a large file room warehouse environment + Scanning documents + Pulling requested files from shelves for shipment back to clients + Auditing files for accuracy + Data entry **Qualifications** + Must be flexible with the hours. Must be able to work weekends + Must be prepared to work one Saturday a month if need be + Must be comfortable with numbers as the filing is all numeric. + Must be able to lift 25 lbs + Must be able to stand for an 8 hr work shift.
