We’re seeking purpose-driven professionals to join us as an Executive Growth Coach in a remote, independently contracted capacity. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with experience in coaching, leadership, recruitment, or marketing who are looking to leverage their skills in the growing personal development and leadership space.

You’ll be working with a global media company that’s been delivering impactful, educational content for over 20 years. As we expand globally, we're building a community of forward-thinking coaches who want more freedom, purpose, and the ability to work on their own terms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guide & Mentor: Support clients navigating professional transitions by offering structure, insight, and encouragement
• Client Strategy Sessions: Facilitate scheduled Zoom or phone-based conversations to identify goals and create actionable plans
• Build Your Presence: Use digital tools and social platforms to connect with and attract aligned clients
• Work Independently: Operate your coaching practice within a proven system and mentorship framework
• Develop Leadership Skills: Participate in personal growth and leadership training to continually evolve your skillset
