Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator & Editor to produce high-quality video content that engages, informs, and inspires our B2B audience. This role is responsible for conceptualizing ideas, filming (when applicable), editing raw footage, adding effects/graphics, and delivering polished videos for multiple platforms—including social media, websites, and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard, and develop engaging video concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Edit video footage into compelling final products using professional editing software.
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for social platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand voice and style.
• Stay up to date on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
• Participate in recording behind the scenes content at events and in-office

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Digital Media or Marketing (preferred)
• 2+ years of content creating and editing experience (required)
• Portfolio (highly preferred)
• Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
