Automotive Lot Attendant / Valet
Full-time position
Job description
Responsibilities:
* Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
* Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicle, and gas up vehicles.
* Communication with management/prep department for daily deliveries
* Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
* Assist with inventory management
* Ensure all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot
* Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to dealership.
* Weather-related clean up when needed / SNOW removal of Cars and Entrances ( Light Shoveling / Cleaning Cars off )
* Transport customers and dealership personnel, as needed
* Building and ground maintenance as needed
* Other functions and special projects may be assigned
Qualifications
* Clean Driver’s record with valid License A Must!
* Ability to drive across surrounding states to transport vehicles
* Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance
* Ability to handle machinery safely
This is a full-time position 35-40 hours a week.
