Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Santa Barbara. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. + Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, building trust and lasting relationships. + Understand and address client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions. + Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to maintain client satisfaction and ensure retention. + Work closely with internal teams like claims, underwriting, and compliance. + Facilitate clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and deliverables. + Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products. + Provide insights on market opportunities and challenges impacting accounts. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred. + 3+ years' experience in account management, client services, or sales within the insurance industry. + Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and risk management strategies. + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to analyze client accounts and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. + Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
